  18. BLUE MARGARITA

  20. 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
  21. 1 oz. Blue Curacao
  22. 1 oz. Lime Juice
  23. Coarse Salt
  24.  
  25. Rub rim of cocktail glass with lime juice.
  26. Dip rim in coarse salt. Shake tequila, blue
  27. curacao, and lime juice with ice, strain
  28. into the salt-rimmed glass, and serve.

  31. FROZEN MARGARITA
  32.  
  33. 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
  34. 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
  35. 1 oz. Lime Juice
  36. 1 slice Lime

  38. Blend all ingredients (except lime slice)
  39. with 1 cup crushed ice in an electric blender
  40. at low speed for 5 seconds, then blend at
  41. high speed until firm. Pour into a cocktail
  42. glass, add the lemon slice, and serve.

  45. GOLD MARGARITA
  46.  
  47. 2 Tsp. Coarse Salt
  48. 1 Lime Wedge
  49. 2 Oz. Gold Tequila
  50. 1/2 Oz. Cointreau
  51. 1 1/2 Oz. Lime Juice

  53. Place salt in a saucer.  Rub rim of cocktail
  54. glass with lime wedge and  coat rim thoroughly
  55. w/salt; reserve lime.  In shaker half-filled
  56. with ice cubes, combine tequila, Cointreau,
  57. and lime juice.  Shake Well.  Strain into
  58. cocktail glass, garnish w/lime.

  60. MARGARITA

  62. 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
  63. 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
  64. 1 oz. Lime Juice
  65. Salt

  67. Rub rim of margarita glass with lime juice,
  68. dip rim in salt. Shake all ingredients with
  69. ice, strain into the salt-rimmed glass, and

  73. MARGARITA (Aculpulco 1948 Original)

  75. 2 Ounces White Tequila
  76. 1 Ounce Cointreau
  77. 1 Ounce Lime Juice
  78. 1 Dash Salt
  79.  
  80. The true authentic margarita invented by
  81. Margarita Sames in Aculpulco in 1948.  Shake
  82. with ice and mix in to a bowl shaped glass
  83. with a lightly salted rim. From MOshima via

  86. PEACH MARGARITA

  88. 1.5 oz Tequila
  89. .5 oz Peach Schnapps
  90. .5 oz Triple Sec
  91. 1.5 oz Lime Juice
  92. Coarse Salt

  94. Pour the Salt into a saucer wider than your
  95. Margarita glass (or Cocktail glass).  Rub a
  96. Lime Wedge around the rim of the glass.  Save
  97. the Lime Wedge for a garnish.  Dip the glass
  98. into the Salt and coat the rim with the Salt.
  99. Fill a shaker half full with ice, shake all and
  100. pour into Margarita glass.

  102. STRAWBERRY MARGARITA

  104. 1/2 oz. Strawberry Schnapps
  105. 1 oz. Tequila
  106. 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
  107. 1 oz. Lime Juice
  108. 1 oz. Strawberries
  109. Salt
  110.  
  111. Rub rim of cocktail glass with lime juice and
  112. dip rim in salt. Shake schnapps, tequila,
  113. triple sec, lemon juice, and strawberries with
  114. ice, strain into the salt-rimmed glass, and
  115. serve.
